Payment Options:

  • Direct Billing: we do direct billing when the insurance company informs us instantaneously of the percentage and services they cover. Otherwise, the patient will be billed the full amount on the day of their visit. Your claim will still be submitted electronically to allow for an expedited process. Direct billing is not available for international insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to familiarize yourself with your
    dental plan.*
  • Pay by Card: in addition to cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit. (We do not accept personal or business cheques)

*Please note that it is the patients’ responsibility to understand their insurance plan, including (but not limited to): the number of check-up exams and cleaning covered per year, percentage covered, and yearly maximums. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company.
